Maximum Technology Corporation (MTC) is highly experienced in the performance of a wide variety of data management services. These services include data collection, data manipulation, format translation, quick-look report generation, analysis, archival, retrieval, dissemination, and configuration management for complex weapon systems. Our personnel are experienced in performing these data management activities for major defense programs such as the Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) segment, Ground-Based Radar – Prototype (GBR-P), and the Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX). We have data management expertise that allows MTC’s Test and Evaluation Department to maintain high quality standards in the performance of these data management services. This expertise allows us to be capable of defining efficient and cost-effective procedures to ensure that data management requirements are met and conducted at the highest quality. Establishment of data management procedures is important and must be done early in any defense program. Software development, software Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), Model and Simulation (M&S) Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A), ground-testing, live-testing, and system engineering and integration activities all require the use of data products. While developing our various data management services, the Test and Evaluation Department has developed processes for efficiently translating data formats from unwieldy data sets to data sets which can easily be incorporated into many commercial off the shelf (COTS) analysis programs. These translation and re-formatting procedures result in data products which are available to the user community in a minimum amount of time which allows the required analysis activities to be conducted in a timely manner.
