• Network Services – Design, development, and administration covering the information management life cycle including Email server configuration & administration, Active Directory (AD), Collaboration, Domain Name Services (DNS) configuration and management.
• Web Design & Development – Design & development of complex, secure web sites utilizing various technologies including Active Server, dynamic HTML, Macromedia Flash, SQL Server, and .NET technologies. As an example, the MANPRINT web site, developed by MTC for the U.S. Army MANPRINT Directorate, Deputy Chief of Staff, G1 is a large-scale web system comprised of over 3000 files and more than 500 Mega-bytes worth of documents.

• Help Desk Services – Design, development, and management of efficiently operating Help Desk Services that maximize productivity of both the user community and support staff. Our methodologies for providing effective Help Desk Operations consider all aspects of the support process – problem identification, reporting, assignment, escalation, resolution, and follow-up.
• Configuration Management (CM) – Development of configuration management plans and procedures that ensure accountability for effective “change management” and provide important data used for trend analysis. Our CM approach is an integral component in our Information Systems Engineering approach that also serves as a tool for effective communication between our customers, technical professionals, administrative staff, and management personnel.
