The Technical Services Division provides the following functions and programs:

• Information Technology - Provides experience and knowledge in the area of Information Systems Engineering with subject matter expertise in Information Technology, Network/System Engineering, & Information Assurance
• Data Management - Provides Data Collection, Data Reduction, Quick-look Report Generation, Interactive Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Databases, Data Archival & Disaster Recovery
• Risk Mitigation - Performs detailed analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) defense and security system architectures to provide risk mitigation information to DoD and DHS program managers and procurement officials.
• Engineering Support - Develops capabilities that reduce development time and increases analysis time that include: Bottom’s Up Cost Estimates, Development of Graphical User Interface (GUI) for current software, Development of techniques for the efficient and timely archival, retrieval, and dissemination of mission critical data, and development of processes for streamlining data analysis procedures.
